C Channel Making Machine

The C Channel Making Machine is a cold roll forming line that converts steel coil into C-shaped profiles through continuous plastic deformation. It consists of a decoiler, leveling unit, punching station, roll forming stands, and hydraulic cutting system. Steel strip (0.8–3.0 mm, cold-rolled or galvanized) is fed, flattened, punched with controlled spacing, then progressively bent by multi-stand rollers into C section geometry. A PLC with encoder controls feeding length and cutting accuracy. The machine frame uses welded steel structure, rollers are GCr15 hardened steel. It is used for building purlins and light steel framing under normal indoor or galvanized outdoor conditions. Output length is cut by hydraulic shear to preset size.

Integrated Coil Handling System

Production process
