Continuous Steel Coil to Angle Steel Forming Process

The production line processes Steel Coil / Carbon Steel Coil / Galvanized Steel Coil / Hot Rolled Steel Coil with thickness range 1.5–10 mm. Material is released by a Hydraulic Decoiler (3–10 ton load capacity) and fed into a leveling unit that removes coil curvature and residual rolling stress before entering forming stations.

The system replaces press brake bending by converting flat strip into Equal Angle Steel / Unequal Angle Steel (L-shaped Steel Profile) through continuous multi-stand roller deformation.

Multi-Station Progressive Deformation Structure

The Roll Forming Machine section (12–20 forming stands) applies step-by-step bending. Each forming roller set changes strip geometry in small increments (typically 5°–12° per station), which reduces stress concentration during L-profile formation.
