P1 Requirement Confirmation

1. Raw Material Audit

Material type, thickness, width, yield strength, tensile strength, coil weight, ID/OD.

2. Product Specification

Profile drawing (shape & dimensions), punching/notching requirements (hole layout), product length range, and precision tolerances.

3. Technical Performance Requirements

Operational speed (capacity), local voltage/frequency, and specific brand requirements for electrical or hydraulic components.

P2 Technical Proposal & Quoting

4. Engineering a customized technical solution based on client requirements.
5. Rigorous cost accounting and preparation of the formal commercial quotation.
6. Dispatching the comprehensive technical proposal and quote to the client.

P3 Confirmation & Agreement

7. Fine-tuning technical details and commercial terms through active consultation.
8. Finalizing the technical agreement and signing the formal sales contract.

P4 Design & Manufacturing

Est. Timeline: 60 days (Standard) - 150 days (Complex Custom)

9. Receipt of 30% down payment to initiate the project.
10. Detailed mechanical engineering and continuous technical alignment.
11. Precision manufacturing, component machining, and system assembly.

P5 Inspection & Acceptance

12. Factory trial runs with photo/video documentation (client-provided materials may be required).
13. Optional on-site factory acceptance test (FAT) by the client.
14. Upon successful acceptance, settlement of the 70% balance payment.

P6 Logistics & Dispatch

16. Finalizing loading schemes and coordinating international sea freight.
17. Management of international transit and buyer-led import customs clearance.
18. Port arrival and coordination of inland transport to the designated facility.

P7 Installation & Commissioning

Timeline: 1 week - 2 months

19. Deployment of engineers for on-site installation, commissioning, and operator training.

Notice: Installation requests must be submitted 3 months in advance; otherwise, the machinery is deemed accepted.

P8 After-Sales Support

20. Commencement of the warranty period (Standard 12 months, excluding wear parts).
21. Activation of lifelong support channels, including spare parts supply and remote technical assistance.
