Working Principle
Flat sheets or strips are fed longitudinally into the rolling mill. Under the compressive force of multiple pairs of continuous forming rollers, the material is gradually bent and shaped into the desired profile for rolling shutter doors. The final product shape can be adjusted by altering the positions of individual or multiple roller sets.
Structural Components
• Feeding Device: Such as a hydraulic or manual decoiler, used to hold and feed the metal coil material.
• Guiding and Straightening Device: Guides and straightens the coil to ensure the material enters the forming machine accurately and remains flat.
• Roll Forming Main Unit: The core component, consisting of multiple sets of rollers; each set progressively bends and shapes the material.
• Cutting Device: Such as a hydraulic shear, used to cut the continuously formed material into specific lengths according to preset parameters.
• Control System: Typically utilizes PLC control to precisely set and adjust various parameters, enabling automated operation.
• Power System: Includes components such as motors and speed reducers, providing the necessary power for the machine's operation.
Performance Features
• High Production Efficiency: Features a rapid production speed-ranging from several meters to tens of meters per minute-capable of meeting the demands of large-scale manufacturing.
• High Product Precision: Ensures high dimensional accuracy and shape consistency of the rolling shutter doors, with errors kept within a minimal tolerance range.
• Strong Material Adaptability: Compatible with a wide variety of metal materials-such as galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum sheets-typically within a thickness range of approximately 0.3 to 1.5 mm.
• High Flexibility: By adjusting the rollers and molds, the machine can produce rolling shutter doors of various shapes, sizes, and specifications.
Application Fields
Widely utilized in the construction industry for manufacturing garage doors, commercial storefront doors, and industrial plant doors, as well as for producing rolling shutter doors for warehouses, logistics centers, shopping malls, supermarkets, and similar venues.
